Hello,
My name is Judy Richardson, I'm a qualified hypnotherapist and trainer with over 21 years  experience empowering people to create the life they really want. During that time I've helped thousands of people to change their lives for the better.  
Having become fascinated with the healing power of the mind whilst re covering from ME, I've spent the last twenty years studying mind/body therapies inluding hypnosis, meditation, self-healing, meridian therapy, massage, reflexology and Focusing. Building up a wonderful therapeutic  healing tool box......... and I'm still learning.
I have been privileged to attend training courses and workshops with world-renowned doctors and psychotherapists such as Sally Stubs, Ernest Rossi Phd, Dr Brian Roet and David Grove the originator of clean language.
I use a unique blend of hypnosis, EFT (meridian energy therapies), focusing, NLP, Rapid Eye Movement Therapy, ACE, meditation and self hypnosis.
For many people these techniques produce immediate results, for others it takes a little longer.
Whether you need one session or long term support, I am committed to  providing professional, caring and confidential help with many different challenges. Many people return again and again to de-stress and relax.... a kind of mental spring clean! ​

Choosing a practitioner​

It is important to choose a qualified practitioner who has undertaken all the necessary training to understand the theory and practice of the relevant therapy, As a member of the NCH and FHT Judy is able to receive  referrals for hypnosis, EFT and EMDR.
