1. Stress & Anxiety Specialist

We can't escape from stress, in fact a certain amount of stress is healthy but if it's prolonged and over whelming your health suffers.Hypnotherapy can help you to resolve the reasons for your stress and learn techniques to help you effectively manage stress.

  • Shock, Trauma & PTSD
A trauma or shock is caused by a situation that is Unexpected, Dramatic, Isolating and you have No Strategy for dealing with it, in meta medicine this is called a UDIN moment. At some point we all experience trauma in our lives and it can have a lasting effect on our emotional and physical health.. ACE, Rapid eye movements and acupressure have all been used to help resolve these shocks and traumas, such as a a loss or bereavement, a child over hearing parents arguing, a confrontation at home or with your boss at work, a car accident, having your home flooded or an illness.   • Obsessive thoughts
Obsessive thoughts can are often caused by a shock, trauma or an anxiety and worry that goes round and round in your head. I find that hypnosis, EFT and rapid eye movements are all  very effective in getting to the root of the problem.
